How We Protect You

Confidentiality By Design

Discretion is not the absence of proof. It is the product.

Nykam Solutions operates under strict confidentiality by design. Here's exactly what that means, and why it matters.

Confidentiality By Design

We do not trade client trust for our visibility.

Many engagements involve strengthening internal controls, improving compliance, resolving operational risk, or addressing sensitive business challenges. Publicly identifying those organizations would expose them to unnecessary legal, competitive, or reputational risk, the very risks they hired us to reduce.

  • Most of our engagements require a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Most of our work comes through referral, from clients and professional partners who value discretion and trust.
  • Some clients would face real business or legal consequences if their prior lack of compliance were made public.
  • We do not use a client's name, logo, or story for our own marketing, even when the outcome was excellent.
Our clients retain us because we protect what they share with us, not despite it.

Testimonials shared on this site are used with client permission, with identifying details withheld under confidentiality agreements.

Our Policy

What confidentiality actually means here.

Not a vague promise. A set of practices applied to every engagement.

01
NDA-first engagement
Confidentiality terms are established before any sensitive information is shared, not after.
02
No logo or name use
A client's name, logo, or brand is never used in our marketing without separate, written consent.
03
Anonymized case studies only
Testimonials and examples are generalized: the industry and the outcome, never the identifying details.
FAQ

Common questions.

How can I evaluate your work if you don't show client results or dashboards?

Client-specific data is never shared, in keeping with our confidentiality policy and the NDAs behind every engagement. What we can and do share is methodology: the Analyze, Strategize, Automate discipline above, the structure of True Cost Clarity and The S.T.R.A.T.A. Framework™, and the tools and frameworks each draws on. During a discovery call, we are happy to walk through our methodology using anonymized examples that demonstrate our approach without compromising client confidentiality.

Why don't you name past clients even when the results were strong?

Because many of those results came from fixing problems, a bad contract, undocumented processes, non-compliant recordkeeping, that a client would not want publicly tied to their name or brand. Naming clients to showcase our work would ask them to absorb reputational exposure in exchange for our marketing. We do not make that trade.
